INTEGRATING NEUROSCIENCE & EDUCATION

Every child needs to be SEEN in order to truly SHINE

Neuroscience research suggests that the developing brain is more plastic and adaptable than it will ever be. This hyperplasticity holds a tremendous educational opportunity for schools and academic institutions to support the growth and potential of every student. However, with great opportunity comes great responsibility to support educators and students with the knowledge and practical ways to leverage this neuroplasticity.
Educational neuroscience is a novel scientific field that strives to translate the science of human learning into practical educational applications, to enhance students' health, well-being and academic success.
The mission of SEEN (Social & Emotional Educational-Neuroscience) is to support human learning, growth and well-being through neuroscience communication and mobilization.
SEEN offers professional development for schools and educational leaders in topics such as Brain Plasticity and Growth Mind-Set, Neurodiversity, Empathy, the Adolescent Brain, Vulnerability & Resilience, Social Pain, Social Attachment, Depression, Stress and Anxiety, Motivation, Creativity, Positive Self-Identity and more.
